POSTAGE METHODS
Your product will be shipped from Melbourne to Australian addresses only. In addition to your order confirmation email, you will also receive a note with a unique tracking number. This number can be used to follow the delivery of your item on the e-Parcel link below:

We have strived to ensure that our shipping rates are as good as they can be. Free Shipping over $200 orders, Orders between $199 to $50 the shipping charge is $20. Orders below $50 there is a $10 shipping charge. Standard delivery times of 2-7 working days are to be expected unless unusual situations such as holidays and COVID 19 extenuating circumstances. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery, your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

We dispatch all orders ASAP, usually within 3 working days of your order being placed. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

REPAIRS, WARRANTIES AND REPLACEMENT
If a product is faulty please contact us immediately so as to authorise a repair or replacement. Any claim must be made within 48hrs of receipt of the goods.

DAMAGED GOODS
Strict care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately to discuss your situation.

RETURNS
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:

  • When it is faulty
  • Wrongly described
  • Different from a sample shown to you; or
  • Do not do what they are supposed to do.

We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.
